Salmon with lemon-caper cream sauce was on the menu tonight.
This is a dish that we have made twice already. It's so delicious! Enjoy!
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 5
Ingredients
- 2 lb Wild Caught Salmon Fillet
- 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Minced
- 1/4 cup 100% Juice Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1 tsp Lemon And Pepper Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
Directions:
Coat broiler pan with nonstick spray. Preheat the broiler.
In a small saucepan, warm oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to low. Stir in lemon juice, capers, and lemon-pepper seasoning. Cook 5 minutes. Add sour cream and cook 5 minutes, or until heated through.
Meanwhile, place salmon on the prepared broiler pan. Broil 4" from the heat 5 minutes. Turn and broil 5 minutes more, or until fish is just opaque. Serve with sauce.
