What's for Dinner? - Salmon with Lemon-Caper Cream Sauce

Salmon with lemon-caper cream sauce was on the menu tonight.
This is a dish that we have made twice already.  It's so delicious!  Enjoy!

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 5
Ingredients
  • 2 lb Wild Caught Salmon Fillet
  • 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup 100% Juice Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 1 tsp Lemon And Pepper Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
Directions:

Coat broiler pan with nonstick spray. Preheat the broiler.

In a small saucepan, warm oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to low. Stir in lemon juice, capers, and lemon-pepper seasoning. Cook 5 minutes. Add sour cream and cook 5 minutes, or until heated through.

Meanwhile, place salmon on the prepared broiler pan. Broil 4" from the heat 5 minutes. Turn and broil 5 minutes more, or until fish is just opaque. Serve with sauce.
