Today

Today my baby is 3 years & 2 months old.

Time is flying by.
Tad & Bart, I pinkie promise to love you both, all my life!

Today I did some of the non modified workouts on 30 day shred level 1 & I feel so good for doing it.

Today I had compliments on my appearance, which makes me feel so very good.

Today is my Friday.  YIPEE!!!

Today I was informed of some disturbing news.  Not my problem so I'm keeping my trap shut.  I'm not going to mess up the good vibes I have going on right now!
